Every couple and wedding is unique, so the first step is making sure we’re the right match. We’ll connect online to get to know each other a bit—after all, we’ll be with you more than anyone else on your big day! If it feels like a great fit, we’ll move forward with your booking proposal.

We’re a match—yay! Now it’s time to make it official. We’ll send over a booking proposal with all the details of your package. Once you’ve reviewed, signed the contract, and paid the deposit, your date is locked in and you’re officially one of our MVPs. Let’s get this party started!

ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Your engagement session is where the magic begins! This is your chance to get comfortable with our posing style, workflow, and energy—so by wedding day, you're total pros. Don’t worry if you feel awkward or if your fiancé isn’t into photos—we’ve worked with every personality and body type. Within 20 minutes, you’ll be relaxed and having fun. We’ve got you!

DISCUSS THE TIMELINE
A photographer-friendly timeline is key to capturing all the portraits and moments you’re dreaming of—because when the day is over, your photos are what remain. About 8 weeks before the wedding, we’ll connect to review your timeline and make sure everything flows smoothly. We’ll also share sample timelines to help you prepare, and we’re always here to help at any point in the planning process!

YOUR WEDDING DAY!!!
It’s here—the day you’ve been waiting for! While you soak in every moment with your loved ones, we’ll be behind the scenes (and sometimes right in the action) capturing it all. From formal portraits to genuine, candid moments, we’ve got you covered. We keep family photos quick and smooth, and by the end of the day, we often feel like part of the family—Shardae’s even been dubbed the “honorary bridesmaid” more than once!

STEP SIX:
GALLERY DELIVERY
After the big day (and hopefully a relaxing honeymoon), we begin carefully editing your images. Once they’re ready, you’ll receive a beautiful online gallery where you can view, download, and order prints with ease. We recommend making a date night of it—order your favorite takeout, grab dessert, and relive every incredible moment together. And don’t worry, this isn’t goodbye. Once you’re an MVP couple, you’re part of our extended family for life!
